The Ultimate X match is an exclusive match to TNA Wrestling and is assigned as the signature match to TNA's X Division Stars. There have been 20 Ultimate X matches as of 2010 and it is one of the longest running match formats in TNA dating back to 2003.
Match Rules
» Two Cables are connected to four poles which are attached to four corners of the ring forming a cross 15 feet above the ring.
» The object is to to take possession of the hung object (normally a championship) in the centre of the cross without the use of ladders
» The first person to take possession is declared the winner
» There are many variations in rules for this match type.
